Budget laptops with loud internal speakers?

My family got me a touchscreen laptop for Christmas, but they don't mind me giving it back and spending the money on another laptop. The problem is that the speakers aren't loud enough at max volume. I have poor hearing and wear hearing aids, so I find it difficult and uncomfortable to use headphones.
I'm looking for deals on laptops that will get very loud without the need for external speakers.
