Updated plugin

This is the updated version of the plugin. The previous version of the plugin can coexist with the updated plugin. The previous version will work only until July 31, 2022.

If you have a Shopify store, you can integrate with PayMongo with no coding at all! All you'll need is an activated PayMongo account.

Installing PayMongo on Shopify

Once you've activated your PayMongo account, follow these steps to integrate the PayMongo plugin into your Shopify store:

1. Log in to your Shopify store, look for the left menu and click Settings ➝ select the Payments tab ➝ then click Add payment methods.

2. Click on the Search by provider option and search for Secure Payments via PayMongo. Click the Activate button.

3. Upon clicking, you'll be redirected to the PayMongo Plugin's connection page. Click on the Manage button at the bottom portion of the page.

4. Click on the Install app button located on the top right portion of the page.

5. Upon clicking, you'll be redirected to the plugin's PayMongo account connection page. Input your PayMongo public key and secret key, and click on the Connect button. You can find these on the Developer's tab of your PayMongo dashboard.

6. Upon entering the keys, you'll be greeted with the screen below. You can select which payment methods you want to be displayed on your Shopify checkout page by ticking or unticking the checkboxes under Payment Methods.

Note: Merchants that have chosen to enable certain payment methods should also ensure the same payment methods are checked/unchecked on the PayMongo plugin settings page (image on the left). The checklist on that page is a different checklist that only impacts which payment method icons appear when a customer is selecting payment methods on the Shopify checkout page (image on the right).

7. You're done! You should now be able to accept payments via PayMongo on your Shopify store. 🚀
