KYC – Accepted IDs
Valid government-issued IDs accepted for PayMongo's KYC verification process.
As part of PayMongo's KYC (Know Your Customer) process and account upgrades, you are required to submit a valid government-issued ID. This verification ensures compliance with BSP regulations and helps protect both your business and your customers.
Accepted IDs
You can submit 1 primary ID or 2 secondary IDs.
Primary IDs
- Driver's License
- SSS/UMID ID
- PRC ID
- Firearm License
- Philippine Passport
- PhilSys National ID (front & back) or ePhilID
- Foreign nationals: Passport and Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)
Secondary IDs
- NBI Clearance
- Police Clearance
- PhilHealth ID
- TIN ID
- Pag-IBIG ID (digitized)
- Postal ID (digitized)
- Barangay Clearance
- Voter's ID
Guidelines
- Ensure all submitted IDs are clear, valid, and not expired
- Name and birthdate must match the business registration documents (if applicable)
- For partnerships and corporations, submit IDs of the authorized representative or relevant incorporators
