Website Guidelines
Online presence requirements your website must meet when onboarding with PayMongo.
When submitting your business for onboarding with PayMongo and its partners, your website or online presence must meet the following requirements.
General Requirements
- The website must be publicly accessible and not password-protected.
- The website must be complete and functional — work-in-progress (WIP) or placeholder sites will not be accepted.
- An App Store link does not qualify as a valid website.
- LinkedIn Profile is accepted for some e-wallets but not all.
- If using social media, only a publicly accessible Facebook Business Page will be accepted as your business website/social media presence.
- The price range indicated in the website should be in PHP and the address in the website should be located in the Philippines
- If the price range is not in PHP, then the account needs to be registered in the Philippines with the local address visible in the website consistent with the business docs submitted
- Ensure Terms & Conditions and Contact details are visible in the website (e.g. Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Customer service/contact information details, Dispute resolution, etc.)
Why are these requirements important?
Our partners require a valid, verifiable online presence to:
- Confirm your business identity.
- Ensure compliance with onboarding standards.
- Provide assurance to customers that your business is legitimate and operational.
