Instant Settlement is an add-on feature that lets you access your funds immediately - 24/7 - as soon as a payment is marked as paid, bypassing the standard clearing and payout schedule entirely.

This is ideal for businesses that need real-time liquidity, operate outside banking hours, or handle high daily transaction volumes.

How it works

When Instant Settlement is enabled, successful payments are transferred directly to your PayMongo Wallet the moment they are processed — no waiting for clearing windows, payout generation, or banking day cutoffs.

Fees

An additional fee applies per transaction settled instantly. This fee is charged on top of your existing PayMongo processing fee and is deducted before the funds land in your Wallet. You may refer to our public pricing for more details (https://www.paymongo.com/pricing).

Enabling Instant Settlement

Email [email protected] to request activation and confirm your applicable fee rate.

• Instant Settlement funds land in your PayMongo Wallet.
• Instant Settlement is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
• The feature applies per payment method — you can enable it for QR Ph only, e-wallets only, or both.
• Standard payouts for non-instant-eligible payments continue to follow the regular clearing and payout schedule.
