Step-by-Step Guide: Changing Your Password

Follow these simple steps to change or reset your PayMongo account password:

  1. Go to the Settings > Profile Page:

    • Open your web browser and navigate to Settings > Profile page.
  2. On the security panel, click on 'Change Password':

    • Type in the current password and new password, and confirm password. Choose a strong, unique password.
  1. Click on the update password button
  1. Enter the One-Time PIN (OTP):

    • A One-Time PIN (OTP) will be sent to your registered email address. Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder).
    • Input this OTP into the designated field.
  2. Once the OTP is successfully verified, your password is changed


Step-by-Step Guide: Resetting Your Password

  1. Go to the PayMongo Login Page:
  • Open your web browser and navigate to the PayMongo login page.
  1. Click 'Forgot Password':
  1. Input Your Registered Email:
  • Enter the email address associated with your PayMongo account in the field provided.
  1. Enter the One-Time PIN (OTP):
  • A One-Time PIN (OTP) will be sent to your registered email address. Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder).
  • Input this OTP into the designated field
  1. Nominate a New Password:
  • Once the OTP is successfully verified, you will be prompted to nominate and confirm your new password. Choose a strong, unique password.
