Blocked

The Blocked section allows you to manage lists of blocked entities that cannot make transactions on your account. Block cards, email addresses, and IP addresses associated with fraud.

Block List Types

Cards Block List

Viewing Blocked Cards

Adding a Card to Block List

  1. Click "Block Card"
  2. Enter card details:
    • Full card number, or
    • Last 4 digits + BIN, or
    • BIN only (blocks entire range)
  3. Add reason
  4. Confirm

Adding an Email to Block List

  1. Click "Block Email"
  2. Enter email address
  3. Choose blocking options:
    • Exact match only
    • Domain-wide (blocks entire domain)
  4. Add reason
  5. Confirm
⚠️

Warning: Blocking a domain affects all emails from that domain. Use carefully.

IP Block List

Viewing Blocked IPs

Adding an IP to Block List

  1. Click "Block IP"
  2. Enter IP address or range:
    • Single IP: 192.168.1.1
    • Range: 192.168.1.0/24
  3. Add reason
  4. Confirm

Managing Block Lists

Searching

Search for blocked entities by:

  • Card number (last 4)
  • Email address
  • IP address
  • Reason

Removing from Block List

To unblock an entity:

  1. Find the entry in the list
  2. Click "Remove"
  3. Add reason for removal
  4. Confirm

Bulk Import

Import multiple entries at once:

  1. Click "Import"
  2. Upload CSV file with:
    • Entity (card/email/IP)
    • Reason
  3. Review imported entries
  4. Confirm import

Bulk Export

Export your block lists:

  1. Select the list type
  2. Click "Export"
  3. Download CSV file
