Service Invoices / Official Receipts

PayMongo can issue Official Receipts (ORs) on a monthly or quarterly basis. The cut-off for transactions included in the OR is at 11:59 pm on the last day of the month requested. ​ You can request an OR by sending an e-mail with your business name, TIN, and requested dates to [email protected]. For merchants who are active withholding agents on our system, submission of a signed BIR 2307 is required for OR issuance.
