Key Roles

Account Owner

Account Owner Specification

There can only be ONE Account Owner.

This is the individual who initially created the PayMongo account. The Account Owner has full, all-access permissions to every feature and setting in the Dashboard, including the ability to manage other users, change bank account details, and access all sensitive information.

Team Member

Any new user who is invited and granted access to the company's PayMongo account by the Account Owner. A Team Member's permissions are strictly defined by the role group they are assigned to.

Permissions

A specific set of functions or actions that an Account Owner (or an authorized assignee with "Manage users" permission) can grant or deny to a Team Member.
