Your PayMongo Dashboard homepage is your central hub—a one-stop place for managing your business, staying updated with announcements, and getting a quick overview of your account.

Homepage Sections

The dashboard homepage brings together several key sections to give you a complete view of your account status and business performance:

Quick Action Cards

At the top of your homepage, you'll find helpful action cards that guide you through important steps. These cards only appear until you complete the initial action:

Enable more ways to pay - Only shown for signed up accounts that only have QR Ph as the enabled payment method (enabled by default). Activate additional payment methods like cards and e-wallets to offer a more flexible checkout experience.
Links - Only appears if there are no transactions yet. Create a PayMongo Link and try a test payment to see how your customers experience checkout.
Manage your funds in one place - Beyond accepting payments, you can top up, transfer, and disburse funds directly from your PayMongo dashboard. Click this card to go to the Wallets page.

Account Status Banner

If your account is still under review, you'll see a status banner indicating that our team is reviewing your submitted documents. The message shows: "Your details are under review. Our team is reviewing your submitted documents and will get in touch within 14 working days. In the meantime, you can continue exploring PayMongo with your closed-loop account."

Important Updates for You

Stay informed about new announcements that require your attention. This section displays automation announcements and important updates. Click "View all" to see all your notifications.

Total Balance

View your current account balance at a glance, displayed prominently with your account ending digits. From here you can:

Send - Transfer funds to another account
Top Up - Add funds to your account
View details - See a breakdown of your balance

Next Payout

See your upcoming payout details including:

Payout amount - The amount you'll receive
Receive by date - Expected date of receipt
Via - The payout destination (e.g., PayMongo Payments, Inc.)

Click "View details" to see more information about your payout.

Latest Transactions

A quick view of your most recent transactions in a table format showing:

Column	Description
Transaction date	Date and time of the transaction
Transaction type	Type of transaction (e.g., Send payment)
Transaction details	Description or recipient information
Amount	Transaction amount (positive or negative)
Status	Transaction status (SUCCESS, PENDING, etc.)

Click "View all" to access your complete transaction history.

Business Overview

Get a snapshot of your store's performance for the current period:

Metric	Description
Sales	Total sales amount for the period
Transactions	Number of transactions processed
Avg. order value	Average transaction amount
Top payment method	Most used payment method by your customers

Use the time filter dropdown (e.g., "This month") to view data for different periods.
