Non-Philippine Entities
This guide covers the document requirements for businesses registered outside the Philippines.
Overview
Businesses registered outside the Philippines can sign up PayMongo account.
To comply with financial regulations and identity verification standards, non-Philippine entities must submit additional documentation.
All documents must be apostilled or consularized, and either in English or accompanied by a certified English translation.

Sole Proprietor

Local Bank Account (optional at start) or PayMongo Wallet | Can activate without, but payout will be held until this is provided. |

Foreign Equivalent of GIS | Acceptable alternatives: Draft GIS if <1 year old, UBO Declaration Must be apostilled or consularized. |
Secretary’s Certificate (Apostilled/Consularized) | Board resolution authorizing representative & bank account for payouts |

✅ Before You Submit
Make sure your documents meet the following requirements:
- The Statement of Acceptance is signed using the PayMongo-provided template .
- All submitted documents are apostilled or consularized.
- Business documents clearly show your business name, registration number, owners, and capital structure.
- Your ID is valid and matches the name on the documents.
- You have a Philippine-based payout account (bank or wallet).
- All files are clear, complete, and translated if needed.
Submitting incomplete or improperly authenticated documents may delay onboarding. Our team may reach out for clarification or request additional paperwork.
