The Profile section allows you to manage your personal account information. Update your contact details, change your password, and configure your account preferences.

Personal Information

Viewing Your Profile

Your profile displays:

Editing Your Profile

To update your information:

  1. Click "Edit"
  2. Update the desired fields
  3. Click "Save"

Note: During account activation review, you may not be able to edit certain fields. Contact support if you need to make changes during this period.

Updating Contact Information

Email Address

To change your email:

  1. Click "Edit" next to email
  2. Enter new email address
  3. Verify with OTP sent to new email
  4. Confirm change

Important: Changing your email updates your login credentials.

Phone Number

To change your phone:

  1. Click "Edit" next to phone
  2. Enter new phone number
  3. Verify with OTP sent to new number
  4. Confirm change

Password Management

Changing Your Password

  1. Click "Change Password"
  2. Enter current password
  3. Enter new password
  4. Confirm new password
  5. Click "Update"

Password Requirements

Forgot Password

If you forget your password:

  1. Click "Forgot Password" on login
  2. Enter your email
  3. Receive reset link
  4. Create new password

Two-Factor Authentication

Enabling 2FA

Add an extra layer of security:

  1. Go to Profile settings
  2. Click "Enable 2FA"
  3. Choose method (SMS or Authenticator app)
  4. Complete setup

2FA Methods

Managing 2FA

  • View backup codes
  • Change 2FA method
  • Disable 2FA (not recommended)

Active Sessions

View all active login sessions:

Ending Sessions

To log out of other devices:

  1. View active sessions
  2. Click "End Session" on unwanted sessions
  3. Confirm logout

End All Sessions

Log out of all devices except current:

  1. Click "End All Other Sessions"
  2. Confirm action

Account Preferences

Language

Select your preferred language for the dashboard.

Timezone

Set your timezone for accurate timestamps.

Date Format

Choose your preferred date format.
