Important: New Feature Notice

The Customers API is a new feature and will only apply to transactions starting January 13, 2026.

This means that only new payments processed on or after this date will have the Customers feature applied to them. Historical transactions made before January 13, 2026 will not be included in the Customers API data.

If you need to access order information for transactions made before this date, please continue to use your existing order management tools or contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

Overview

Customers enables you to to reconcile and manage orders across all PayMongo payment channels. Whether your transactions come from Links, Shopify, Storefront, or other channels, the Customers tab on the dashboard provides a unified view of customer orders to streamline your fulfillment process.

This feature gives you a flexible way to monitor, fulfill orders, and see trending metrics from your sales data.

• Unified Order View: Access all payments and orders related to a specific customer in one place, making it easier to track purchase history and manage fulfillment.
• Multi-Channel Support: Works seamlessly across all PayMongo channels including Links, Pages, Storefront, Shopify, and more.
• Products: Integrates with the Products tab to provide detailed visibility into products purchased by each customer, enabling better inventory management and order fulfillment.
