The Payments section of your PayMongo Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of all transactions processed through your account. Track payments in real-time, view transaction details, process refunds, and manage held payments.

Payments Overview

This section includes two main areas:

Sub-section	Description
All Payments	View and manage all completed transactions
Hold Payments	Track payments that are on hold, captured, or returned

Key Features

Real-time Transaction Tracking

Monitor all your transactions as they happen. Each payment displays:

Unique Payment ID (e.g., pay_LgStXCp9cVJn549SDFMXyoyY)
Transaction date and time
Customer information
Payment amount
Payment method used
Transaction status

Export Capabilities

Export your transaction data to CSV files for accounting and reconciliation purposes. Choose specific date ranges for your exports.

Refund Processing

Process full or partial refunds directly from the payment details view with just a few clicks.

Search and Filter

Quickly find specific transactions using:

Payment ID
Description
Customer email address
PayMongo Link reference number
