Create and manage quick payment links

Links

Payment Links allow you to quickly create shareable links to collect payments from your customers. No coding required—just create a link and share it via email, SMS, social media, or any messaging platform.

Dashboard Overview

The Links Dashboard displays all your created payment links with key information:

Creating a Payment Link

Click the "Create Link" button to generate a new payment link.

Step-by-Step

  1. Click "Create Link"
  2. Enter the payment amount
  3. Add a description (shown to customers)
  4. Optionally add internal remarks
  5. Set an expiration date if needed
  6. Click "Create"

Your payment link is now ready to share!

Sharing Your Link

Once created, you can share your payment link through multiple channels:

Managing Links

Link Statuses

Searching for Links

Use the search function to find specific links by their Reference Number.

Archiving Links

To archive a link you no longer need:

  1. Click on the link to open details
  2. Click "Archive"
  3. Confirm the action

Archived links cannot accept payments but remain in your records.

Link Analytics

For each link, you can view:

  • Number of times the link was accessed
  • Payment status
  • Customer who paid (if completed)
  • Payment method used
  • Transaction details
