Payment Links allow you to quickly create shareable links to collect payments from your customers. No coding required—just create a link and share it via email, SMS, social media, or any messaging platform.

Dashboard Overview

The Links Dashboard displays all your created payment links with key information:

Column	Description
Reference Number	Unique identifier for the link (e.g., link_abc123)
Description	What the payment is for
Amount	Payment amount for the link
Status	Current status (Active, Paid, Expired, Archived)
Date Created	When the link was created

Creating a Payment Link

Click the "Create Link" button to generate a new payment link.

Step-by-Step

Click "Create Link"
Enter the payment amount
Add a description (shown to customers)
Optionally add internal remarks
Set an expiration date if needed
Click "Create"

Your payment link is now ready to share!

Sharing Your Link

Once created, you can share your payment link through multiple channels:

Method	How to Use
Copy URL	Click the copy icon to copy the link URL
QR Code	Download or display the QR code for in-person payments
Email	Send directly to customer's email
SMS	Share via text message
Social Media	Share on Facebook, Instagram, etc.

Managing Links

Link Statuses

Status	Description	Color
Active	Link is available for payment	Green
Paid	Payment has been completed	Blue
Expired	Link has passed its expiration date	Gray
Archived	Link has been archived by merchant	Gray

Searching for Links

Use the search function to find specific links by their Reference Number.

Archiving Links

To archive a link you no longer need:

Click on the link to open details
Click "Archive"
Confirm the action

Archived links cannot accept payments but remain in your records.

Link Analytics

For each link, you can view:

Number of times the link was accessed
Payment status
Customer who paid (if completed)
Payment method used
Transaction details
