Child Accounts
Child Accounts are merchant accounts connected to your platform. Manage onboarding, verification, and account settings for all your connected merchants.
Dashboard Overview
The Child Accounts dashboard displays:

| Status | Account status (Active, Pending, Suspended) |
| Balance | Available balance in the account |
| Total Volume | Lifetime transaction volume |
| Date Created | When the account was created |
Account Statuses

| Pending | Awaiting verification | No |
| Active | Fully verified and operational | Yes |
| Suspended | Temporarily disabled | No |

Onboarding Child Accounts
Invite New Merchant
- Click "Add Account"
- Enter merchant details
- Send invitation
- Merchant completes registration
- Submit for verification
Required Information

Verification Documents
Merchants need to submit:

- Bank account details
- Proof of address

Suspending an Account
When to suspend:
- Suspected fraud
- Policy violations
- Merchant request
- Compliance issues
To suspend:
- Open account details
- Click "Suspend Account"
- Enter reason
- Confirm suspension
Reactivating an Account
- Open suspended account
- Review suspension reason
- Click "Reactivate"
- Confirm reactivation
