Child Accounts are merchant accounts connected to your platform. Manage onboarding, verification, and account settings for all your connected merchants.

Dashboard Overview

The Child Accounts dashboard displays:

Onboarding Child Accounts

Invite New Merchant

  1. Click "Add Account"
  2. Enter merchant details
  3. Send invitation
  4. Merchant completes registration
  5. Submit for verification

Verification Documents

Merchants need to submit:

Suspending an Account

When to suspend:

  • Suspected fraud

To suspend:

  1. Open account details
  2. Click "Suspend Account"
  3. Enter reason
  4. Confirm suspension

Reactivating an Account

  1. Open suspended account
  2. Review suspension reason
  3. Click "Reactivate"
  4. Confirm reactivation
