Payouts

Congratulations on all your successful transactions! Your next question might be: "When am I getting my payments in my bank account?"

You will be able to view your upcoming remittances, as well as your payouts history in your Payouts Dashboard. Also, you can generate payment reports for all your accounting needs. 🥳

On the first row, you'll be able to see 3 fields.

Upcoming Payout:

The soonest payout you should expect to be generated and received. It contains all the payments cleared on or before the payout date. Also known as your refundable balance.

You may check to see the summary of your payouts by clicking the blue "x transactions" below the total amount.

You can also check the number of payments within the payout!

Payout Generation Schedule:

When we'll generate your payouts.

Next Payout:

The payments are to be included in your next soonest payout (after your upcoming payout). Payments may be included here due to payment clearing.

Similar to the Upcoming Payouts card, you will be able to check the summary of the items on the payout card.

Upcoming Payout also refers to your refundable balance.

What's nice about the Payout History section is you get to click each payout to see a detailed version of it! You can also click on "Export to CSV" to get an excel file of your payouts.

We've even included columns that show the gross fees, net amount, fees, and withholding tax computation to help out with your accounting process.

Exporting Payouts

Generate reports for your accounting needs:

1. Click "Export to CSV"
2. Select the date range
3. Download the file

Gross Amount

Total amount before any deductions.

Fees

PayMongo processing fees deducted:

• Transaction fees
• Payment method fees
• Other applicable fees

Withholding Tax

Tax withheld based on your business setup:

• Rate depends on business type
• Shown separately in payout details

Net Amount

Final amount received in your bank:

Net = Gross - Fees - Withholding Tax

Payout Status

Troubleshooting

Payout Not Received

If you haven't received a payout:

1. Check the payout status in your dashboard
2. Verify your bank account details
3. Check for any failed payout notifications
4. Contact support if status shows "Sent" but not received

Payout Amount Discrepancy

If the amount seems incorrect:

1. Click on the payout to see details
2. Review all included transactions
3. Check fee breakdown
4. Verify withholding tax calculations
