Customers

The Customers section allows you to view and manage information about all customers who have transacted with your business. Build relationships, track purchase history, and gain insights into your customer base.

Dashboard Overview

The Customers dashboard displays a list of all customers with:

Click on any customer to view their complete profile:

Find specific customers using:

Filtering Customers

Filter your customer list by:

Customer Actions

Viewing Transactions

  1. Click on the customer
  2. Scroll to Transaction History
  3. Click any transaction for details

Exporting Customer Data

Export your customer list:

  1. Click "Export"
  2. Select the data fields
  3. Choose the date range
  4. Download the CSV file

Customer Notes

Add internal notes about customers:

  1. Open customer details
  2. Click "Add Note"
  3. Enter your note
  4. Save

Notes are only visible to your team, not customers.
