Create customizable checkout pages for your business
Pages
Pages are always-on checkout pages that help streamline your payment collection process. Available for all activated merchants, Pages allow you to create customizable checkout experiences that can accept payments 24/7.
Quick Tip: You can only create pages in live mode. Test page creation in the test environment is coming soon! 🚧
Dashboard Overview
The Pages Dashboard shows all your created pages with the following information:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Page Title | Title of the page |
| Amount | Fixed amount or "Variable" for custom amounts |
| Page URL | The unique URL address of the page |
| Date Created | Date when the page was created |
Creating Your Page
Click "Create" to start building your checkout page.
Page Preview
A live preview is displayed on the right-hand side of the creation form. All your edits and inputs automatically reflect in the preview, so you can see exactly what your customers will experience.
Page Configuration
Page Title
This is the first thing your customers see when they access your page.
Quick Tip: Many merchants use their Business Name or the product/service they're selling as the title.
Page Slug
The page slug becomes part of your URL (e.g., paymongo.page/your-slug).
Rules for page slugs:
- Use lowercase letters a-z
- Use numbers 0-9
- Use dashes (-) to separate words
- No spaces or special characters allowed
- Each page must have a unique slug
Note: If your submitted slug is already taken, you'll be notified to choose a different one.
Page Logo
Customize your page with your brand logo:

Page Description
Add context about your page for customers. You can include:
- Product or service details
- Terms and conditions
- Contact information
- Hyperlinks to other pages
Limit: 2,000 characters
Page Type
Choose the type that fits your use case:

| Custom amount | Customers enter any amount | Donations, tips, variable pricing |
| Fixed amount | Set specific price | Single product, service fee |
| Product catalog | Multiple products on one page | Multiple items, variations |
Additional Fields
Collect more information from your customers beyond the default fields:
- Name (default)
- Email address (default)
- Custom fields (text, dropdown, etc.)
Finishing Up
Click "Create Page" and your page is live! 🥳
Quick Tip: There's no limit to the number of pages you can create!
Modifying Your Page
You can edit the following directly from your dashboard:

Deleting a Page
To permanently delete a page:
- Open the page details
- Scroll to the bottom
- Click "Delete Page"
- Confirm the deletion
Warning: This action cannot be undone.
Creating Your In-store QR Code

- Click "Request a QR"
- Our team will process your QR code request
- Receive your printable QR code
