Your PayMongo Wallet is where your funds are stored before being paid out to your bank account. Manage your balances, track transactions, and transfer funds.

Dashboard Overview

The Wallets dashboard displays:

Top Up

Add funds to your wallet:

1. Click "Top Up"
2. Enter the amount
3. Choose the funding source
4. Confirm the transaction

Send

Transfer funds to another account:

1. Click "Send"
2. Enter recipient details
3. Specify the amount
4. Add a note (optional)
5. Confirm the transfer

Transfer Between Wallets

Move funds between your wallets:

1. Click "Transfer"
2. Select source wallet
3. Select destination wallet
4. Enter amount
5. Confirm

View all wallet transactions:

Funds you can use immediately for:

Pending Balance

Funds being processed, typically:

• Recent payments awaiting clearing

• Potential refunds
• Dispute resolutions
• Compliance holds
